In this pictures we can see endive plants. They are watered all days and they are looked after very well. They haven't grown at all, but in a few weeks they will be ready for human consume. The only thing you can eat from this plants are the leaves, that are like lettuce ones, but that are more bitter. They are situated inside the college, in the principal corridor. The next time you pass near them, stop and see it.
